The doctoral thesis by our former colleague Dr. Felix Hufschmid has been published by Waxmann Verlag entitled “On the Importance of Trust for School Development: A Mixed-Methods Study“.
In his thesis, he examines the importance of trust in school leadership, colleagues and pupils, as well as the conditions within school relationships that foster trust.
