Digital Education Day 2025

Dr. Florian Hofmann, Senior Academic Advisor at the Chair, took part in the “Digital Education Day 2025” organised by the Leibniz Institute for Knowledge Media and the University of Tübingen (Tübingen School of Education) on 2 December 2025 at the Leibniz Institute in Tübingen. The event was held under the theme “Education and Technology – how to communicate successfully” and, in addition to facilitating networking among researchers from various disciplines, focused primarily on the changes in learning brought about by digital innovations. One of the primary objectives of “Digital Education Day” was to explore interdisciplinary research projects in which technical and educational-psychological perspectives play a decisive role. Dr Florian Hofmann contributed to the event with a workshop (including a keynote presentation) entitled ‘What works – experiences from interdisciplinary research projects’. The workshop addressed the opportunities and challenges, as well as the potential conditions for success and basic prerequisites for successful interdisciplinary projects.
