Our contributions to the AEPF 2025

Staff from the Chair of School Pedagogy, specialising in empirical classroom research, were represented at the 89th Annual Conference of the Working Group on Empirical Educational Research (AEPF) at the University of Duisburg-Essen:

In his presentation entitled “Insights into the impact of using prompts for reflective writing by students”, Dr. Florian Hofmann presented key findings from the BMBF-funded project “Personal, transparent, AI-supported portfolio for teacher training (PetraKIP)”.

In her poster “Teaching | Learning] [with | from | about] AI: Evaluation of the “Prompt Higher Learning” project, Tina-Myrica Daunicht presented initial evaluation results from the “Prompt Higher Learning” (PING) research project, funded by the “Innovation in Higher Education” Foundation.

Ann-Kathrin Quarda and Berit Breins contributed the paper “Individual, family and school-related determinants of alienation from school” to the symposium “Understanding alienation from school – the contribution of individual, school-related and social factors”, which was organised by Dr Alyssa Grecu (IFS, TU Dortmund), Prof. Dr Michaela Gläser-Zikuda and Ann-Kathrin Quarda.
